  international besetzte Band Unity5\, in der Schlagzeuger Ernst Bier versc
 hiedene Generationen höchst aktiver Jazzmusiker Berlins vereint. Das hochk
 arätige Ensemble spiegelt die Vielfalt der Berliner Szene wider. Die aus u
 nterschiedlichen Backgrounds kommenden Musiker\, trafen sich zum ersten Ma
 l im Berliner Jazz-Club A-Trane und harmonisierten trotz ihrer Verschieden
 heit sofort. Durch ihre einzigartige Spielweise ist die Musik sehr zeitgem
 äß\, feiert aber auch die Vielfalt der Jazzstile. Diese Musiker haben geme
 insame musikalische Ziele. Die energetische Frische und die spielerischen 
 Stimmungen dieser Band sind anstecken! Die Gruppe hat bei den Hammond B3 N
 ights im Maschinenhaus der Kulturbrauerei – Berlin mit dem Rundfunk Berlin
 -Brandenburg ihr Konzert live aufgenommen. Die daraus entstandene CD Live 
 in Berlin ist beim renommierten Plattenlabel Jazzwerkstatt erhältlich. „St
 ilistisch breit aufgestellt\, ist diese CD ein adäquater Ausweis für den J

  play a role. The international band Unity5\, in which drummer Ernst Bier 
 brings together different generations of highly active jazz musicians from
  Berlin\, contributes to this in a variety of ways. The top-class ensemble
  reflects the diversity of the Berlin scene. The musicians\, who come from
  different backgrounds\, met for the first time at the Berlin jazz club A-
 Trane and immediately harmonized despite their differences. Their unique p
 laying style makes the music very contemporary\, but also celebrates the d
 iversity of jazz styles. These musicians have common musical goals. The en
 ergetic freshness and playful moods of this band are contagious! The group
  recorded their concert live at the Hammond B3 Nights in the Maschinenhaus
  of the Kulturbrauerei – Berlin with Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg. The resu
 lting CD\, Live in Berlin\, is available from the renowned record label Ja
